PEOPLE JUST DO NOT 'DO WELL' UNDER UNDEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT-KNOWS-BEST REGIMES — NO MATTER HOW WELL-INTENTIONED

Meaning well is not at all the same as doing well, and it is a simple fact of both international history and personal experience that people do not do well under intrusive, controlling government — never have done, never will do.

Regardless of any conscious benevolent intentions by those imposing undemocratic regimes, a cult-like public domain dominated by intrusive 'do this', 'think that', 'be the other' mandates from government, coupled with permanent personal economic and political powerlessness, over time, undermines and then displaces people's natural aspirations, motivations, feelings and affections, impoverishing citizens in their very selves — making for a sadder and weaker, not stronger, British, European and world society...

...ONCE THE DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLE IS VIOLATED BY THOSE IN GOVERNMENT, THERE IS ALWAYS A PRICE TO PAY.

Whatever the original intentions of those establishing them, undemocratic world political institutions will grant future world leaders the ability to take Britain, Europe and the World in WHATEVER direction (politically, economically, culturally and militarily) they think best — regardless of the will, the votes, the protests and the sufferings of tens of millions of ordinary British citizens, of hundreds of millions of European citizens, or of billions of World citizens. Those supporting global transnational rule today as a way to (undemocratically and therefore illegitimately) permanently entrench their favoured lefty-liberal or fascistic policies at a world level, would do well to consider this fact — they may well end up with the complete opposite of what they hope for. PERMANENTLY.

Part of the beauty and the power of REAL democracy is that governments simply don't get to insulate themselves in this way from the will of the people.

It is also no coincidence that undemocratic governments follow a similar path — even when initially benevolent leaders genuinely want to serve and help the people. Having crossed the Rubicon of sidelining truth and democracy in pursuit of 'a higher good', sooner or later, even this level of imposition is insufficient to allay leaders' concerns about the 'malign' influence of individual self-determination — that forever threatens to impede the progress of their own particular 'Grand Plan'. The 'necessity', and their SELF-IMPOSED 'responsibility', therefore soon becomes that of hard-wiring theIR 'solution' into 'problem areas'. then into all of civic life. and eventually — directly and with increasing force — into individuals themselves.

In making this transition, our leaders have abandoned the democratic way. A democratic way, that across the globe and down through the centuries, has PROVEN ITSELF to be the ordinary citizen's surest guarantor of personal and financial freedom. A democratic way, that inherently imparts a natural civic dignity to even the humblest of ordinary voters.

BUT RATHER THAN ENCOURAGING AND EXTENDING DEMOCRACY, OUR LEADERS HAVE — QUITE DELIBERATELY AND IN PEACETIME — LEAD BRITAIN INTO POLITICAL, MORAL AND CULTURAL FREEFALL...

Supposedly as an 'anti-Covid response', our elected representatives :

— Swept aside hundreds of years of constitutional safeguards, legal precedents and established democratic procedures in order to govern by unaccountable bureaucratic diktat.

— Bankrupted the economy.

— Trashed small and medium-sized businesses.

— Closed churches.

— Put millions on benefits.

— Closed down much of the health service 'to preserve capacity for Covid cases' – even when the purpose-built Nightingale hospitals were all almost entirely unused – unnecessarily adding millions of suffering people to already-long NHS waiting lists.

— Made many essential government services subject to massive delays or rendered them completely inaccessible.

— Silenced contrary opinion and abolished debate.

— Locked up millions of HEALTHY people in their own homes.

— Damaged the education of children, young adults and students.

— Damaged the personal development of babies, toddlers and young children.

— Forced parents to go against their parental instincts and condone the state imposing traumatising mask-wearing on their children.

— Pressured parents to go against their parental instincts and offer up the bodies of their children for experimental GM vaccination.

— Confronted medical professionals, care workers, teachers and state employees with the totalitarian, impossible choice of : 'implement our ('anti-Covid') policies, don't speak out against them, conform, OR ELSE, you will lose your job, your status, your career and your income'.

— Restricted everyone's right to attend weddings and funerals, play sport, socialise or go for a walk in the countryside.

— Denied everyone the fundamental human right to comfort their parents whilst they lay dying – alone – in care homes.

— Threatened everyone with financially ruinous fines for non-compliance with ineffective, inhuman, ever-changing 'anti-Covid' rules.

— Began issuing quasi-religious calls for everyone to consciously live against themselves 'for the benefit of others'.

— Called upon the nation to register for a draconian, intrusive Test and Trace app so they could be commanded by the state to self-isolate on the flimsiest of contagion-control bases for minimal health benefit to others.

— Tried to set 'Covid Conformers' against 'Covid Dissenters' – encouraging people to report those not complying with all the rules.

— Restricted travel and imposed draconian unaffordable quarantine requirements.

— Introduced the Covid Pass and Covid apartheid, reducing the unvaccinated and untested to 2nd-class citizens with significantly reduced access to both essential and recreational services.

— And in some sectors of the economy, made GM vaccination COMPULSORY – finally descending to the level of requiring citizens to yield sovereignty over even their own body to baseless government diktat. And do so repeatedly, for repeat vaccinations.

UNBELIEVABLE.

All this for a virus that — on the government's OWN figures — after an initial small increase in mortality in 2020, made minimal difference to the all-cause mortality rate !

A VIRUS THAT THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF, ON 19TH MARCH 2020, OFFICIALLY CLASSIFIED AS OF SIMILAR LETHALITY TO THE SEASONAL FLU!!

Covid IS REAL, and IS slightly more lethal than the annual flu, and apparently the result of a lab leak (accidental or otherwise) from the US-China GM gain-of-function virus lab at Wuhan. But Covid is NOT Ebola.

By March 2020, THE GOVERNMENT KNEW THIS FULL WELL. And yet STILL went ahead with:

Repeated Lockdowns — of the healthy.

Considering that millions of people don't particularly like their job, and that given our climate most office workers only enjoy a handful of days off with sunshine each year, then the present way of doing things consigns the majority of hard-working people to a pretty miserable existence !
Its time the decades of talk of 'more leisure time' became the reality. Its time for a more sensible work-life balance.
Through a slightly longer working day, productivity gains and reduced health costs and an expectation that being at work truly means being 'at work', the reduction in GDP should be relatively small and any drop in GDP that did result would be a small price to pay for the truly revolutionised lives that everyone would then be able to enjoy. Permanently.
No one need ever be more than 2 days away from a day off, banishing the the lifelong misery of the Monday morning blues to the rubbish dump of history.
